SUFFOLK FAMILY CARERS
Health Education and Support for Family Carers'.
'Sessions for family carers are being run by Sue Ryder as part of a joint project with Suffolk Family Carers, and are aimed at giving family carers information and advice around specific health conditions. The one-off sessions will enable family carers to increase their confidence in supporting the person they care for. If a carer cannot get to the sessions, then advice and support can be given at home on a one to one basis.
