Please ensure that you come on the correct day and time according to your surname. Please do not arrive early so that we can keep any queues to a minimum. Please observe social distancing requirements and we ask that anyone entering the surgery building wears a mask or suitable face covering.
If you are UNDER 65 and eligible for a Flu vaccine please contact the surgery to book an appointment.
A carer is anyone, a young person or adult, who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid.
This is the simplest way to receive your C19 Vaccination as a carer, and protect your vulnerable loved ones and friends. If your GP is not offering the vaccine, they have arrangements in place to ensure you receive the vaccine from an alternative site. We are letting you know about a very useful website called Germ Defence which was created by a team of doctors and scientists to give you advice that has been proven to reduce the spread of viruses in the home. It can help you plan how to protect yourself and members of your family from infection by COVID-19 and ‘flu.
GP appointments will be by Telephone or E-consult only . Subsequently ,if a face to face
consultation is required ,your GP will book this for a mutually convenient time.
You can drop off prescription requests in the Prescription post box located on the wall outside the surgery .
For Non Dispensing Patients, medication can be collected from, or delivery arranged via, your nominated pharmacy .
Any patient on an adrenaline pen should be watchful of the expiry date and if required speak to a dispenser

If you need a routine blood test or INR these can now be booked online at Landseer Road and also Ipswich Hospital Outpatients. We have very limited phlebotomy appointments available at the surgery during these exceptional circumstances so your patience and support at this time is very much appreciated.

This GP Practice is taking part in an important national project to improve how people are diagnosed with cancer.
From 13.00 there are no clinicians within the surgery, reception staff will be happy to make or amend appointments, but the telephones will be diverted to the 111 service. Pre-ordered prescriptions can be collected during this time.
